Duties
Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, lifting heavy objects And building.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety practices.
