We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The Skilled Laborer will be involved in various tasks related to material handling, heavy equipment operation, and general labor duties.

Responsibilities

Operate tractors, trucks, trailers, and other heavy equipment safely and in accordance with company policies Clean driving abstract is essential Assist in loading and unloading fence materials Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Must wear steel toe safety boots Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.

Skills

Experience driving a truck and trailer is an asset Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and practices is a plus Ability to handle heavy materials efficiently, with attention to detail in loading/unloading processes Knowledge of general carpentry would be valuable Ability to manually excavate post holes Good communication skills for effective teamwork and positive client relations A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a safe work environment
