Duties

Assist with construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across multiple sites Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently as directed by supervisors Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary equipment Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to designated locations Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope Perform basic demolition or site cleanup as required Maintain equipment and report any issues or malfunctions promptly

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are advantageous Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Work Location: In person
