Description of Duties:

Restoration tear outs of commercial and residential properties Biohazardous work sites: mould, asbestos, water damage, bio-hazardous waste. Junk Removal Re-construction work Waterproofing of elevators Foundation repairs Driving company vehicles Daily time tracking and work orders Customer relations 40 Hours/ week Monday- Friday 8-4:30PM

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Current Class 5 Drivers License Current 3 years of consistent driving insurance Clean Drivers Abstract (5 years) Clean Criminal Record Check (required within 2 weeks of start date) Experience with hand tools Good Physical Shape Ability to work independently and with a team

COMPENSATION:

Competitive wages Group benefits plan (extended health and dental- after 90 days)
