Duties

Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the trade.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently when needed. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site location. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
