Position Overview

We are currently seeking a

Skilled Labourer / Carpenter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or alongside experienced tradespeople. You'll be involved in a wide range of renovation projects, from demolition and framing to finishing work.

Responsibilities

Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and general carpentry tasks Perform demolition, cleanup, and site preparation Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Support lead carpenters on builds and installations Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate clearly with team members and clients when needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in carpentry, renovations, or a related trade Skilled with common construction tools and techniques Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop or job sites Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various conditions Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team
