This role offers a consistent

five-day on-site schedule

with 10-hour workdays. It's a great opportunity for hardworking, safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a collaborative, professional team.

Duties/Responsibilities

Assist trades and equipment operators with daily tasks Perform general labour duties such as material handling, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance Operate small hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow directions from supervisors and support project execution Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Adhere to OCL's safety policies and procedures at all times Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

Skills/Education/Qualifications

Previous labourer or construction experience preferred H2S Alive (valid) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driver abstract Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Legally entitled to work in Canada

FR-rated clothing with Class II high-visibility striping Type 2 hard hat with side impact protection CSA-approved work boots
