Duties

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Troubleshoot minor issues that may arise during operations. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. A basic understanding of landscape construction processes such as grading, base prep, and interlock installation is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
