Image Landscaping is growing, and we're hiring 3-4 full-time permanent team members to join our crew. We deliver high-end landscape construction and snow/ice management services across the Lower Mainland, with a culture built on ownership, integrity, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

You'll be part of a highly skilled team working on diverse projects year-round, including:

Landscape Construction

: Site prep, grading, rebar, forming, building retaining walls, hardscaping, and finishing work

Equipment Operation

: Operating skid steers, mini-excavators, and other landscape machinery

Truck & Trailer Driving

: Safely transporting materials and equipment to/from sites

Winter Services

: Snow clearing, plowing, and salting

General Labor

: Physical work including lifting, carrying, and material handling
Qualifications

Valid

Class 5 Driver's License (or higher)

- mandatory Ability to confidently

drive trucks with trailers

Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.) 1+ years of skilled labor experience in landscaping or construction (preferred) Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions Must be eligible for

full-time, permanent employment in Canada

(we are not accepting temporary work visas or student work permits for this role) Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to long-term growth
Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts Occasional weekends and overtime as required Year-round, permanent employment
