About the Role

Skilled General Labourer

, you'll be an integral part of our production team, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to help us build quality trailers. Whether you're using tools, moving materials, or collaborating with your team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that we meet production goals and maintain high standards. What You'll Do



Start your day strong: Participate in an early morning team huddle/stretch to get ready for the day. Use tools safely: Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks accurately and safely. Prepare materials and equipment: Verify that everything is ready for production to run smoothly. Work collaboratively: Partner with your teammates to perform final finish assembly duties as directed by your Head Coach/Assistant Coach. Ensure quality: Follow standard operating procedures and ensure production meets quality standards. Track progress: Collect production data and perform routine tasks to keep production moving. Adapt to change: Perform line changeovers and ensure the TAKT time is met for each work cell. Problem-solving: Identify and communicate any issues to your coach and help participate in solutions. Stay organized: Complete daily 5S requirements to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Participate in reflection: Join Hansei meetings to discuss ways to improve processes and the work environment. Other ad hoc duties: Help out with any additional tasks as assigned by your coach or other management.

What We're Looking For



High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing tasks Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand and power tools Physical strength: Able to lift, push, pull, and position materials weighing up to 50+ pounds Basic math skills and ability to understand and follow written instructions A team player who works well in a collaborative environment A positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback for continuous improvement Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Welding experience or education is a plus Problem-solving mindset: Always looking for ways to improve processes and the work environment
