We are seeking a skilled contractor to join our team as we are expanding!

Responsibilities:

Aid and oversee aspects of construction projects from planning, construction, and installation Allocate and estimate resources for assigned projects (working with owner) Work with skilled team members/ as an individual to complete projects within given timelines Coachable and willing to learn new skills in all areas of residential construction Learning and understanding project flow for a given scope of interior/exterior projects Maintain high standards of workmanship that adheres to company vision Maintain tools, equipment and materials on and off-site Professional, punctual and have good communication skills Ability to identify and solve deficiencies and potential problems before/as they occur. Looking for a growing career path in residential construction industry

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial/residential construction Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and best safety practices Strong leadership qualities Willingness to learn new skills, and improve current craftsmanship Detail-oriented Coachable and able to work independantly and in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Do you current have your own tools & transportation to/from the jobsite (mitre saw, circular saw, table saw, reciprocating saw, drills, levels, etc)? Are you looking for a growing career in residential construction? What is your greatest strength & asset? Do you have cabinetry/kitchen installation experience? Do you have experience building decks, fences, pergolas and other exterior carpentry structures? Are you comfortable participating in team events, activities, and other skill based trainings? Do you currently hold an electrical or plumbing certificate?
Experience:

Carpentry and other skilled finishing: 4 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driver's license and means of transportation (required)
