We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites. The Construction Laborer will work closely with experienced tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

Duties
Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, saws, and other equipment.
Ensuring precision and quality in all tasks.
Participate in construction estimating by providing input on materials and labor requirements.
Assist in plumbing tasks as needed, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Help with drywall installation, including hanging, taping, and finishing as required.
Collaborate with carpenters on various projects, assisting with framing, roofing, and other carpentry tasks.
Apply caulking as needed to seal joints and gaps for insulation or aesthetic purposes.
Help build and install fencing, decking, and more
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction is mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required; specific experience with carpentry is a plus.
Knowledge of construction estimating practices is beneficial but not necessary for entry-level candidates.
Basic understanding of plumbing principles is advantageous; training will be provided as needed.
Ability to perform drywall installation tasks effectively; training may be available for those new to the trade.
Strong physical stamina is required; candidates must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site are essential.
