About the Role

got mold? is seeking a

diverse and skilled construction professional

with experience across all aspects of residential construction. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in multiple trades, from framing to finishing. The work will often be out-of-town, with

LOA (Living Out Allowance) provided

for travel assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of residential construction tasks, including: Insulation installation Drywall hanging, mudding, taping, and finishing Finish carpentry and trim work General residential reconstruction duties Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard. Safely use tools and equipment, following all company and OH&S safety procedures. Travel extensively as required -- sometimes for extended periods. Complete work efficiently and with attention to quality and detail.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple aspects of residential construction (minimum 3-5 years). Strong skills in drywall finishing, mudding, taping, and carpentry. Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and work environments. Must be comfortable with extensive travel;

willingness to be on the road for extended stretches is essential

. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Valid driver's license (Class 5 or equivalent).
