MC McLean Contracting Corp. is a custom home builder with a broad range of projects, from new construction, renovations, and restorations and is also an exclusive Ontario dealer for HONOMOBO. With multiple builds across Ontario, including Island builds in Cottage Country, the opportunities to grow with us are plentiful.

We are seeking full-time employees to start immediately. An ideal candidate would have at least 5+ years of high-level experience in construction labour or carpentry (from framing to trim). This individual should be eager to learn, have their transportation and want to grow within our company. Pay will be based on skills and abilities, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

5+ years of high skill and building experience Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Knowledge of building techniques Ability to work with other team members Passion for high-end projects Clean driver's license and be willing to travel to several job sites Knowledge of window and door installation
Responsibilities

Skilled manual labour in construction and renovations Assisting Project Manager and other trades in project tasks Operate various hand and power tools to perform jobs Complete tasks as per work schedule, communicating effectively with the Project Manager Confidence in working independently through deficiency lists and other assignments Other duties assigned, including general clean up and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of sites
