Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Framer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and have experience framing large buildings. This role involves working with power tools and performing tasks related to framing, roofing, and steel siding. Responsibilities

Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks Framing of walls, ceilings, flooring and roofs Support construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material needs Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is a must Proficiency in using power tools safely is essential Ability to read blueprints, plans, specs and instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times Ability to be a team player, reliable, and self starter Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation Valid safety training including Working at Heights necessary, but can be provided Supervising crews and subs on site when needed Ability to handle physically demanding work both indoors & outdoors Can meet deadlines and problem solve based on tasks provided

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
