Job Summary

Bolt Developments is a high custom home builder in the GTA seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter/laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various residential construction tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Skilled Carpenter Laborer will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

Work on various aspects of construction including framing, finish carpentry and basic drywall etc.

Work on project deficiencies and go on service calls. General handyman items.

Some physical labor required time to time.

Follow all safety measures and company regulations.

Ability to read and analyze architectural and shop drawings.

Ensure you are onsite at 7am.

Track all your hours and submit for payroll every Monday.

Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.

Ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions and judgments.

Tools required (drill, skill saw, hammer, screwdrivers, nail gun, compressor). All other equipment we can rent as required.

Must have vehicle and valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
