Skilled Concrete Laborers

Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently looking for hardworking and dependable

Concrete Labourers

to join our construction team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to be part of a company that values safety, integrity, and skill, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Duties

Set up and prepare concrete forms accurately to support scheduled pours

Install and secure rebar or wire mesh to reinforce concrete structures

Mix, pour, and finish concrete, ensuring surfaces meet quality and durability standards

Spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand tools, screeds, and power trowels

Maintain a safe and organized worksite by strictly following all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements

Proven experience in layout of buildings, including anchor bolt patterns and structural alignment

Familiarity with a variety of formwork systems (conventional, panelized, engineered, etc.)

Proficient in placing and finishing concrete, including hand finishing and power troweling techniques

Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction documents

Strong knowledge of constructing footings on challenging terrain, including bedrock

Must be willing and able to travel to remote project locations

Rotational schedules may include:

5 days on, 2 days off

10 days on, 4 days off

15 days on, 6 days off

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
