Experienced Carpenter / Crew Lead

What We're Looking For

Full-time, experienced carpenter

(3+ years in residential/commercial carpentry) Skilled in

both structural and finish carpentry, Siding and windows.

Must have your own vehicle

(reliable transportation required) Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented English is Mandatory

Responsibilities

Perform framing, installations, and finish carpentry Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Safely operate carpentry tools and equipment Lead and mentor crew members (Crew Lead role if qualified) Maintain safe and organized job sites

Other Requirements:

You have your own vehicle. You will need a vehicle that you can have at the jobsite during the day so that you can move between jobsites as needed. Must possess great communication skills. Must enjoy working outdoors. Willing to get dirty. Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
