The Lake Partnership Inc. (TLPI) is an integrated construction project management and general contracting company working on a variety of residential projects. We have a "hands-on" approach, focusing on custom and complex projects.
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of carpentry and construction works is essential
Knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools is essential
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
Ability to read building specifications and drawings
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings
Responsible for completing the appropriate tasks assigned by on-site lead team member
Maintain regular communication with foreman, site supervisor, site coordinators, project coordinators and project managers
Strong verbal and communication skills
Requirements
5+ years of experience working in residential / commercial construction
Great attitude and a team player
Must be able to read/understand drawings and specifications
Ability to understand and follow directions
Able to complete task(s) in a timely manner unsupervised
Keen, curious, eager and willing to learn
Motivation and ability to work under given timelines
