Position with the potential to grow your skills in the construction industry. We are looking for an individual with the following skills. Please note additional training in a skill-building environment will be available to the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in the construction, remodeling, and repair of residential and commercial structures. Must be willing and able to teach others, sharing skills and knowledge to develop team capabilities. Interpret and build according to detailed and dynamic blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Supervise and guide apprentices or entry-level carpenters; provide training and mentorship as needed. Take instruction from supervisors and collaborate closely with other trades and team members. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and project requirements. Maintain a clean and safe worksite and care for tools and materials.
To be successful in this role you will need:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or related construction fields. Proven ability to read and execute complex blueprints and technical documents. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and instruct others effectively. Willingness to perform tasks at all levels, including entry-level labour as needed. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 100 pounds etc.) Familiarity with power tools and machinery. Operations of JCB telehandlers and skid steers is an asset, but not necessary. Additional training and certification will be provided by Three Way Builders. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to safe work practices.
