Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including drywall, trim, framing, painting, flooring, door and window install. This role involves performing a wide range of tasks such as installation, repair, and fabrication across multiple projects. The will contribute to building, restoring, and maintaining structures with precision and professionalism, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install drywall, cabinetry, flooring, and tile install using hand tools and power tools. Assist in restoration projects including caulking, painting, and general repairs. Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks involving wood framing, or other materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Skills

Extensive experience with carpentry, woodworking, drywall, painting, trim, flooring and tile laying. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other construction equipment. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship. Maintenance Person experience or general construction background is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.98-$35.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
