Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and be proficient in working with different materials and tools. We are based out of Barrie, On however we build exclusively in Muskoka. Paid travel.

Responsibilities:

- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures

- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials

- Build cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures

- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, and cabinets

- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures

- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in flooring installation

- Basic framing skills is vital

- An understanding of siding instalation

- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, shaping, and fabricating materials

- Previous experience as a Carpenter or Maintenance Person

- Ability to restore old or damaged structures

Pay: $19.87-$45.00 per hour
