Job Description

Onyx Development Group is seeking skilled and reliable Skidsteer Operators with hands-on experience in pre-grading and rough grading for residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity to join a growing construction company focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers, safely and effectively Perform pre-grade and rough grade work to plan specifications Ensure slopes, elevations, and drainage are accurate before final grade Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work alongside other crew members and site supervisors Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in grading or site prep Ability to operate skid steers, track loaders confidently Strong understanding of grade elevations, slope, and compaction Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 or 3 is an asset) CSTS and First Aid tickets are an asset
