Job Title: Skid Steer Operator

Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal

Curbinator is a trusted leader in the construction industry, known for our commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced finish Skid Steer Operator to join our growing team.

:

As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating skid steer to assist in various construction tasks, including grading, backfilling, slab on grade prep, sidewalks and commercial site preparation. You will work closely with other crew members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

oOperate skid steer equipment for tasks such as excavation, grading, grade tolerances within 1-2cm.

oPerform site preparation of sidewalk, aprons, concrete floor preparations, experiences in backfilling foundations, subgrade of parking lots and commercial properties.

oConduct Daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper working condition and perform basic maintenance as required.

oAdhere to all company safety guidelines and industry best practices while operating equipment.

oWork closely with construction team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

oMaintain a clean and organized work site.

Qualifications:

oMinimum of 2 years of experience operating skid steer equipment in a construction environment.

Valid Drivers license and transportation is required
oStrong understanding of skid steer operation, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.

oAbility to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

oExcellent communication and teamwork skills.

oPhysically fit and able to perform tasks in varying weather conditions.

oAbility to operate heavy machinery with precision and accuracy.
