Duties
Operate skid steer loaders efficiently and safely across multiple construction sites.
Assist with excavation, material handling, and site preparation tasks using heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Support additional tasks, including horizontal drilling, paving, and other heavy machinery operations as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience operating skid steers and other heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers.
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred or required depending on project needs.
Knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices.
Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment and familiarity with horizontal drilling is a plus.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
