is looking for a

Skid Steer Operator

to join our rapidly growing team. The Skid Steer Operator will be a collaborative team player who will work alongside our construction team to safely and efficiently complete tasks as assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment. Effectively and safely operating skid steer to complete all necessary tasks in a timely manner as directed by Project Manager or Site Supervisor. Complete adjustments and repairs to equipment as required. Transports materials around the job sites. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of two years of experience working as a Skid Steer Operator or in a related field. Valid Class 5 Driver's license and reliable transportation. Recent Driver's Abstract will be requested upon hire. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Strong understanding of skid steer procedures, techniques and health and safety requirements. Ability to follow instructions and read and interpret blueprints and grade stakes. Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal). Good hand-eye-foot coordination and sense of balance. Physical dexterity to handle kneeling, crouching, crawling, and sitting in one area for prolonged periods of time. Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills.
