About the Role
North Coast Excavation and Trucking Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dependable
Bobcat Operator
to join our growing team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating skid steer loaders onresidential construction projects
, includingbasement backfill, rough grading, and site preparation
.Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate skid steers (Bobcats) on residential job sites Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Complete
basement backfills, final grades, and general site prep work
Assist withmaterial loading, hauling, and placement
as needed Followsafety protocols
, site plans, and supervisor directionsRequirements
Minimum
1 year of Bobcat/skid steer operating experience
in residential construction Proven experience withbasement backfill and grading
(required) Strongsafety awareness
and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently
