Role Overview
We are hiring Skid Builders and Production Workers to support daily manufacturing and shipping operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, building, and working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble wooden skids / pallets to specification
Use hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills) safely
Assist with general production and assembly tasks
Load, stack, and move finished products and materials
Perform basic quality checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements
Previous experience in skid building, pallet assembly, or production work is an asset
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
