Role Summary:

You will be the face of Monod Sports, interacting with customers providing expert advice and service in our ski department. The role involves selling skis, fitting and adjusting boots, mounting and setting bindings, whilst carrying out boot repairs. You will ensure equipment is safe, correctly fitted, and suited to each customers ability and needs.

Requirements:

Knowledge of ski equipment, including skis, bindings and boots
Ability to mount and adjust bindings
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with boot repairs and basic workshop tools
Retail or sales experience
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable equipment
