Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced employee who can take part in various aspects of luxury residential projects while maintaining professional and respectful communication with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise certain stages of construction, perform hands-on tasks, and proudly represent the premium image of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in on-site work (finishing, repairs, coordination with subcontractors, etc.)

Supervise certain project stages and ensure compliance with quality standards

Communicate effectively and courteously with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

Serve as a liaison between the site and management for project follow-up

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Manage materials and anticipate site needs

Deliver professional, discreet, and detail-oriented service

Desired Profile

Strong experience in residential construction or renovation

Technical versatility: carpentry, painting, maintenance, installation, etc.

Excellent presentation and natural courtesy -- essential for interacting with high-end clients

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Autonomous, reliable, and well-organized

Demonstrates a strong willingness and aptitude to learn new technical skills and construction methods.

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

Bilingual (Professional French and English): able to communicate clearly in both languages with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors
