Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor

to lead our demolition and hauling projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in demolition and proven supervisory skills to manage teams effectively while ensuring safety, project timelines, and exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage demolition and hauling projects from start to finish

Ensure adherence to safety requirements and company standards

Utilize strong organizational skills to plan and prepare for upcoming projects

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Troubleshoot challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure project success

Motivate and support team members to achieve project goals

Maintain a focus on sustainability by promoting waste reuse and recycling practices

Requirements:

Previous demolition experience is required

Supervisor experience in a similar role is required

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Bilingual (Ukrainian and English) is an asset but not required
