Job Description

They take pride in their ability to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of all customers. And now they are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their dynamic and growing team in Calgary.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a small team at the site level.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques would be a definite asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and time management skills.
• Able to provide excellent customer service delivering jobs on budget, on time, and with high quality.
• Analytical skills and ability.

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand construction plans and associated drawings.
• Take action to ensure that construction processes and systems are optimized in delivering a product that meets or exceeds the customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and business results.
• Plan and execute projects from start to finish, on time and on budget.
• Perform repairs on-site as they arise, both pre & post-possession.
• Write up reports, budgets, and project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
