ASL is hiring a

Site Supervisor

.

Founded in 1975, ASL is a well-established multi-sector civil construction company performing Earthworks, Residential Development, Site Development, Landscaping, Forming, Geothermal, City Work, & Conservation projects. This position is field based from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, direct, and support on-site crews and subcontractors Monitor daily progress and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Complete timecards and site safety inspections Manage on-site resources, inventory, and equipment Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience with deep excavations and working along side shoring crews Experience leading earthworks or site development crews Ability to interpret site plans and construction drawings Strong organizational and leadership skills Solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards
