We're looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from coordinating trades and schedules to ensuring quality, safety, and budget control. What You'll Be DoingProject Oversighto Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities across one or more active projects
Ensure strict adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety protocols
Lead project scheduling in coordination with trade superintendents, updating regularly and creating recovery plans as needed
Handle all project administration and documentation via BuilderTrend
Leadership & Supervisiono Supervise and guide project coordinators and administrative staff assigned to the project
Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to junior team members
Act as the point person for trades, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Chair project meetings and represent Pine Glen professionally on-site and with clients
Fiscal & Contract Managemento Negotiate and issue purchase orders and change orders, monitoring for cost and timeline impact
Approve subcontractor invoices, material orders, and expense reports
Coordinate with the co-owners for regular project financial reviews
Client & Stakeholder Relationso Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities
Address disputes with clients or trades in a professional and cost-effective manner
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution
Oversee PDI, service item closeouts, and warranty handover process
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilitieso Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays
Oversee site inventory, equipment, and materials
Respond to urgent issues by phone/email as needed
Manage daily email communication and site administration
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized site
Track and report progress regularly
Uphold Pine Glen's standards for quality and on-time completion
