Job Title: Site Supervisor
Status: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30pm to 12:00am
Location: Mississauga, ON

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work activities of cleaners. The Site Supervisor provides field support to our cleaning teams. Support provided includes training, guidance with starting new clients, organize and coordinate with other staff members and compliance within our usual high standards, assistance with troubleshooting customer requests/complaints, and coordinating site visits of accounts.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of your sites/cleaners, reporting and deficiencies and needs
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Complete assigned inspections as per inspection schedule
• Properly communicate and maintain training records for all personnel assigned to your portfolio
• Establish work schedules and assist cleaners in performing duties
• May participate in the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management of employees
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Cover cleaner vacations and sick leaves
• Any other duties as assigned by the Site Manager

Your Experience and Skills:

• The ability to successfully pass a reliability clearance and criminal record check
• Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
• Experience developing and fostering positive team environments
• Excellent communication and the ability to candidly have tough conversations
• Flexibility when it comes to your hours, as it\'s not uncommon to work outside regular business hours
• Work experience or knowledge of the Building Maintenance Service industry is considered an asset, but not required
