Position: Site Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team as a Site Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a

responsible and caring individual who takes pride in accomplishment

Key Responsibilities



Work directly with the

project management team

to ensure clear site communication and that project deadlines are consistently met Lead and participate in all phases of gas station construction and renovation projects, from planning to completion Conduct daily site inspections, maintain progress reports, and ensure quality control Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to keep projects on schedule Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders during site visits Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

10 years of experience

in the construction industry (specific trade or a variety of trades) Proven track record of supervising commercial or industrial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety practices Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with construction documentation Valid driver's license (Class 5)

Working Conditions



Full-time, on-site role Standard schedule:

10-hour workdays

(with occasional overtime or weekend work as required to meet deadlines) Outdoor work in varied weather conditions Physical requirements: standing, walking, driving between sites and overseeing active construction sites
