Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor for foundation piles to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of work. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and any issues that arise.

Skills

Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Experience in budgeting and construction estimating is highly desirable. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with diverse teams and clients.
