Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee demolition & abatement projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proficiency in various construction management and tools, as well as a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations. Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to understand project requirements and scope. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance as necessary. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and documentation. Provide training and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 is highly desirable. Strong skills in quality control, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics interpretation. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A background in construction management or a related field is preferred.
