As we continue to grow, we are in search of a

Site Supervisor

to join our team and manage our on-site operations efficiently, while fostering a positive and productive work environment for our construction teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead safety initiatives through the implementation of our Con-Pro Safety Program and ensure compliance amongst field staff and subcontractors. Foster positive morale and working relationships with all project stakeholders. Supervise and develop site team members, providing regular feedback, training, and performance evaluations, leading by example. Hands on work with rough carpentry and other job tasks Serve as the primary communication link between on-site personnel and upper management, conveying project progress and issues that arise. Manage project risks, contribute to schedule development, and assist with contract administration. Train and mentor construction workers, promoting skill development and adherence to quality standards. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure project standards and laws are met. Maintain comprehensive daily documentation and ensure the quality of workmanship.

Must be willing to work in remote areas and travel as needed.


What we're looking for:



5+ years of progressive experience in General Contracting as a Site Supervisor/Superintendent, with direct supervision of projects valued at $1+ million. Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction is required. A trade background in carpentry or Gold Seal Certification is an asset. Demonstrated leadership, field management and problem-solving skills support your collaborative approach to delivering results and developing team members. Knowledge of construction techniques, contract interpretation, and safety regulations. Effective supervision, coordination, and scheduling of construction activities to ensure consistent completion of projects on-time, on budget and to the clients' satisfaction. Service and results-oriented, you can build and steward trust with a broad network of professional colleagues, contractors, and team members to effect competitive excellence, pride in teamwork and outstanding project delivery. You have demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, project execution, cost control, quality, and administration.

Must hold a Red Seal Certification in Carpentry

Must pass a criminal record check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
