Job Description

The Site Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices on-site.
  • Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
  • Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders as required.

Work on high profile projects in Vancouver for an established GC.Work with an established team.
The successful Site Superintendent:
  • Able and willing to travel and work across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Fraser Valley
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Construction Super working for a General Contractor
  • Must have Gold seal
  • Carpenter
  • Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
