Job Description

Mondiale Development Ltd. have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Superintendent. We are looking for a motivated team player to be responsible for residential projects .

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Oversee, schedule and direct all trades onsite.

2. Responsible for delivering the project(s) on time, quality and safety.

3. Anticipate, solve and prevent job site problems, working jointly with subcontractors.

4. Develop good working relationships with all City inspectors and consultants.

5. Be accountable for the site works, planning, execution and subcontractor work.

6. Daily coordination and supervision of resources, materials, sub-trades, consultants, architects and site laborers.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years local working experience as a Site Superintendent

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Knowledge of BC Building Code required
