Job Description

3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK.

Due to the nature of modular construction, overnight out-of-town travel is required for setup. While we strive to provide significant advance notice, flexibility is required to meet project milestones.

The standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hours).

What you'll do:



Oversee the full scope of construction, including coordinating all internal staff, subcontractors, and resources to drive teamwork and efficiency. Champion site safety, ensuring daily hazard assessments and compliance. Lead quality control, completing necessary inspections (plumbing, mechanical, electrical) and ensuring work meets all drawings and plans. Develop an in-depth understanding of project drawings, organize materials, establish daily and weekly goals, and proactively troubleshoot issues, communicating clearly with Project Managers. Act as a positive ambassador for 3twenty's values, actively mentoring and monitoring team performance to foster a positive and productive work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Who you'll work with:



The Team:

You will collaborate closely with our architectural technologists, designers, project coordinators and managers to successfully plan and execute projects. During the construction, you will work closely with our team of carpenters and labourers to bring projects to life.

Collaborators:

By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors, we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality, cost-efficient builds for our customers.

Customers:

You will work closely with our customers during all phases of the project. We believe that by applying a collaborative, win-win design-build approach, the construction process can be a fun, positive, and rewarding experience for both our team and our customers.



What you'll bring:



Two to five years of supervisory experience and a minimum of five years of experience in construction is preferred. Journeyperson carpenter certificate or equivalent is considered an asset. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of adapting to changing project requirements. Ability to travel to project sites with some out-of-town and/or overnight travel required. A valid driver's license.
