Lead from the Frontlines - Become our next site superintendent on a Major Civil Crushing Project!
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent is a key figure in our construction team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the job site as well as ensuring the work progresses smoothly, safely and on schedule.
About Site
This project is based in Northern Saskatchewan and operates on a rotational schedule of
two weeks on, followed by two weeks off
. The role is
fly-in/fly-out
, flights are out of Saskatoon, SK. Employees would be responsible to get themselves to Saskatoon. While on site, employees will stay in a
remote camp
setting where
meals and accommodations are fully provided

Summary of the duties
- Ensure project/site adherence to OH&S regulations, company policies, industry standards, client policies/specifications, site specific project safety plans.
- Maintain project execution, contract requirements, project specifications, scope of work, inspection and test plan ( ITP)
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, with a focus on civil and crushing operations.
- monitor quality control throughout all phases of project
- identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays or safety risks.

Required
- Must have previous crushing aggregate experience
- Must have previous Site Superintendent Experience
- Experience operating equipment such as excavator, bulldozer, skidsteer, loaders, graders
- Technical/Computer skills will be required
- Training Requirements not limited to: SCOT/WHIMIS, Supervisor Training, Ground Disturbance II , First Aid
