The Site Superintendent - Retail/Commercial will oversee and manage construction projects within the commercial construction industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves leading both small- and large-scale projects across Ontario, with the potential for travel to other provinces within Canada.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish in the retail and commercial sector.
• Manage on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
