This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic real estate development and construction firm, dedicated to real estate project development primarily across the industrial, commercial and residential construction sectors.

You will have the opportunity to work in an established team of professionals overseeing the site supervision of a 150 unit low rise residential development in Stouffville, ON.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage the day to day site operations for a 150 unit low rise residential production site in Stouffville, ON
• Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times
• Coordinate, schedule and manage subtrade activities on site for the project
• Drive the project schedule and deliver on time and on budget
• Work in close collaboration with the PM and key internal and external stakeholders
• All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Over ten years of GTA market experience in GC / Builder Site Superintendent capacity working for a reputed owner/developer or low rise construction management firm in the GTA
• Strong background in Low Rise Residential Construction; multiple full cycle new build project experience is required (from commencement of construction to project delivery)
• Strong track record of health and safety on site; solid local market trade relationships
• Excellent software application skills, management, and leadership abilities
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• Team player, high energy, outgoing personality
