Site Superintendent

to work within our London, ON office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Stonerise Construction is looking for a Site Superintendent to be responsible to provide supervision of all site construction activities, as well as coordinate and supervise multiple stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget.

As the Site Superintendent you will:



Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget Supervise the activities of the general labour force, subcontractors and subordinate staff Promote a safe work environment and ensuring all employees and trades work in a safe manner, following Stonerise's Safety program and relevant safety legislation and regulation Work closely with Project Management team to meet project targets and milestones Update the master project schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager and project stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED



University of College Degree in Construction Management, Building Service or equivalent Superintendent - Proven experience in leading two full cycles as Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar role Sr. Superintendent - Proven experience in leading full cycles as Sr or Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar role Outstanding leadership abilities Exceptional attention to detail Hard-working individual Strong decision-making skills Excellent communication Ability to work individually or in teams as and when required Strong work ethics
