Mutti Homes Inc. is a growing real estate developer in Edmonton. We are looking for an experienced independent contractor

Site Superintendent (5-7 years)

to lead the successful delivery of a multi-family residential townhome Avro Properties project.

What You Will Do:

Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure quality, budget, and schedule are met. Coordinate trade partners and suppliers for smooth project execution. Perform daily hazard assessments, lead safety orientations/meetings, and ensure compliance with all safety standards. Review drawings, resolve site issues, and communicate with the project management team. Supervise, mentor, and guide on-site team members. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report regularly. Meet with customers prior to possession, ensuring quality standards and excellent client experience.

Who You Are:

A proven leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills. 5+ years of superintendent experience in residential construction. Knowledgeable about building codes, safety standards, and site operations. Comfortable managing multiple sites and using construction management software (JobTread, MS Project, etc.). Safety-focused, reliable, and hands-on. WCB (Workers' Compensation Board) Alberta coverage. Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Satisfactory verification of criminal record check. Ability to supply and maintain your own personal protective equipment (PPE)

Work Conditions:

You'll primarily be onsite during regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm) unless required by the construction schedule. As with most construction projects, there may be exposure to noise, equipment, dust, changing weather, and other typical job-site conditions.
