Our client is a reputable ICI construction firm that delivers complex and high-profile projects. They are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards. Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality. Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Maintain project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining project integrity.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in site supervision within the ICI construction sector. Strong leadership and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, safety regulations, and Ontario Building Code. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Experience using site management software is an asset.
