We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Superintendent will coordinate with various teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain workflow efficiency
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards and rectify issues promptly
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
Manage project documentation using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability
Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Proven experience supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools
Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
Excellent leadership abilities with supervisory experience managing diverse teams on-site
Knowledge of quality control procedures and budget management within construction projects
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
