We're looking for an experienced

Site Superintendent

to join our Edmonton team. If you are a self-motivated, enthusiastic leader with a strong background in construction site management, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity



The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, supporting field staff, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What You'll Do



Lead and promote a safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations Coordinate and schedule all subcontractor activities on site Interpret and manage contractual obligations and project requirements Supervise, mentor, and develop foremen and field personnel Implement and monitor the construction plan to meet timelines and quality standards Complete site administration including timesheets, daily field reports, safety documentation, and purchase orders Communicate regularly with the Construction Manager regarding manpower, materials, and equipment needs Support and promote company core values and culture Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain progress and safety Conduct regular site safety meetings and inspections Report all accidents/incidents to the Safety Manager in a timely manner

Your Qualifications



Journeyman Trade Certification or CET designation (asset) Strong leadership abilities with proven experience supervising crews Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to read and apply construction specifications, methods, and procedures Experience managing varying crew sizes on construction projects Multifamily/residential construction experience strongly preferred Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proven track record of achieving results in the construction field

Pay: $95,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
